We currently deliver orders across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier partner delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner's website.

Taxes & GST

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes as per Indian regulations. No additional shipping taxes will be charged at checkout unless otherwise specified.

Receiving Your Order

To help us resolve any delivery-related issues efficiently, we recommend:

  • Recording an unboxing video while opening your package.
  • Taking clear photographs if the parcel appears damaged or tampered with.
  • Reporting any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without proper photo or video evidence may not be eligible for review.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Festivals and public holidays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier service interruptions
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events

Skin Sparkle shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products. Availability depends on courier serviceability and may change without prior notice.
